ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 Light Curing Acrylic Adhesive for Clear Bonding

ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 Adhesive is a One Component Reaction Adhesive developed for Acrylic Bonding where Strength and Visual Clarity are Essential. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 Adhesive cures through Light or UV Exposure, allowing Flexible application without complex mixing or equipment. It’s Viscous Structure gives Good Control during application, making it suitable for Butt Joints, Fillet Joints, and Area Bonding. This makes it a preferred solution for fabricators who need reliable performance combined with Clean and Professional Finishes in Acrylic Assembly.

Unlike Solvent Based Products such as ACRIFIX® 1S 0126, ACRIFIX® 1S 0127, and ACRIFIX® 1S 0117, this adhesive does not rely on Surface Evaporation to Form Bonds. Instead, it provides a more Advanced Bonding process that results in stronger and more consistent Joint Performance. It is widely used in Furniture, Displays, Mechanical Engineering, and Model Building where appearance and Structural Strength are both Critical. Its Gap Filling ability also makes it suitable for Area Bonding applications with Minor Surface Variations.

ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 Adhesive Bonds by forming new polymer chains during exposure to light, creating a Strong Chemical Connection within the Acrylic Structure. ACRIFIX® 1R 0192 Adhesive allows these chains to interlock with the Material, producing a Clear, Bubble Free Joint with High Strength. This Polymerization Process enhances Bond Durability while maintaining a Clean and Transparent Finish. It typically cures within 10 to 30 minutes depending on Light Conditions, with further processing possible after approximately 2 Hours

Compared with other reaction grades such as ACRIFIX® 1R 9019, ACRIFIX® 1R 0350, and ACRIFIX® 1R 9016, this product offers a balanced combination of Control and Performance. It provides very good strength with excellent appearance while remaining easy to Apply. In Terms of Safety, it avoids Heavy Dependence on Strong Solvents like Dichloromethane or Chloroform Type Materials found in some Solvent Adhesives. However, proper ventilation and protective equipment are still required to Ensure Safe Handling in Professional Environments.
