ACRIFIX® 1S 0127 One Component Acrylic Bonding Adhesive Solution

ACRIFIX® 1S 0127 is Built for applications where Fine Accuracy and Clean Edges are Critical. ACRIFIX® 1S 0127 has an Extremely Low Viscosity that allows it to Flow Effortlessly into Tight Acrylic Joints without Force, making it Highly Effective for Precision Butt Bonding. Instead of Heavy Application, it relies on Natural Capillary Movement to Penetrate Narrow Gaps. This makes it especially suitable for Skilled Fabrication Work where Proper Fit and alignment are already achieved before Adhesive Application.

Unlike more forgiving adhesives, this Grade is designed for Clean Work rather than Compensation. When compared with ACRIFIX® 1S 0116, ACRIFIX® 1S 0117, and ACRIFIX® 1S 0109, it is Clearly Focused on High Accuracy rather than Gap Filling or Thickness. It performs best in conditions where Surfaces are Smooth and Precisely Prepared. Because this is a Solvent Based Product, it Contains Dichloromethane, which requires controlled use in Professional Environments.
