CYCOLOY™ C1100 Resin is a General-Purpose PC/ABS Blend engineered to provide a balanced combination of Processing Efficiency, Mechanical Performance, and Moderate Heat Resistance. This Grade is designed for applications where Ease of Molding and reliable Everyday Durability are required without the need for specialized Reinforcement or Flame-Retardant Systems.

In Manufacturing Environments where consistent Processing and Productivity are Key, this Resin offers excellent Flow and Molding Characteristics, allowing Smooth Cavity Filling and stable Part Formation. Its Ease of Processing supports efficient Production with reduced Cycle Variability, making it suitable for High-Volume Molding Operations and components with standard to Moderately Complex Geometries.

Temperature performance is well suited for Medium Heat applications, where the material maintains Structural Integrity without Deformation. At the same time, it provides excellent Ductility at Sub-Zero Temperatures, allowing Parts to remain Flexible and resistant to cracking when exposed to Cold Environments. This Dual capability ensures Dependable performance across a Broad Temperature Range.

The PC/ABS Blend delivers a combination of Toughness, Impact Resistance, and Dimensional Stability, enabling components to maintain their Shape and Functionality during use. This contributes to reliable Assembly performance and Long-Term Durability in a Variety of General-Purpose applications.

From a Flame performance Standpoint, CYCOLOY™ C1100 Resin Achieves UL94 HB Classification from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, making it suitable for applications where Basic Flame performance is Sufficient.

The formulation is also RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental and Regulatory Standards.

This Grade is commonly used in Consumer Electronics Housings, Automotive Interior Components, Office Equipment, and General Industrial Parts where balanced Processing, Mechanical Performance, and Moderate Heat Resistance are required.
