Unlike Conventional Flame-Retardant Materials that may Utilize Halogen-Based Systems, CYCOLOY™ C2800 features a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant Formulation. This allows manufacturers to meet Stringent Environmental and Regulatory requirements while maintaining the performance Advantages of a High-Quality PC/ABS Blend.

The material provides a balanced combination of Polycarbonate Toughness and ABS Processability, enabling efficient Molding of Complex Parts without Compromising Mechanical Strength. CYCOLOY™ C2800 PC/ABS Resin offers standard High Heat Performance, making it suitable for components exposed to Elevated Operating Temperatures in Electrical, Electronic, and Industrial Environments.

Flame Resistance is a Key Strength of this Grade. In addition to achieving UL94 V-0 Classification, CYCOLOY™ C2800 also delivers UL94 5VB Performance, making it attractive for applications where enhanced Fire Protection is required. These characteristics Help support the Design of safer Products for Power-Related and Electronic Systems.
