CYCOLOY™ C2805 Resin is a specialized Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade formulated with 5% PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Reinforcement to Enhance Wear performance and reduce Friction in Dynamic applications. Designed for components subjected to repeated Movement and Mechanical Contact, this material delivers an excellent combination of Medium Heat Resistance, Flame Retardancy, Impact Strength, and Tribological Performance.

A Key Advantage of CYCOLOY™ C2805 is its 5% PTFE-Filled Formulation, which helps Improve Surface Lubricity and reduce Friction between Moving Parts. This makes the Resin particularly suitable for applications Involving Sliding, Pivoting, or repeated Mechanical Motion where Wear Resistance and Smooth Operation are important performance Requirements.

In addition to its Tribological Benefits, CYCOLOY™ C2805 Resin maintains the balanced Mechanical properties Associated with High-Quality PC/ABS Alloys.
