Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated FR PC/ABS with Better High Heat

CYCOLOY™ C2950 Resin is an enhanced Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Blend engineered for applications requiring a combination of improved Heat Resistance, excellent Flame Performance, Environmental Compliance, and efficient Processing. Developed for demanding Electrical and Electronic applications, this Grade provides a reliable balance of Mechanical Durability and Thermal Stability.

Unlike standard Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Materials, CYCOLOY™ C2950 features a Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant System, helping manufacturers address Environmental and Sustainability Objectives without Compromising Safety Performance. This makes the material suitable for Products Operating in Regulated Markets where Halogen-Free Solutions are increasingly preferred.

The Resin delivers Higher Heat performance than Conventional PC/ABS Grades while maintaining good Moldability. Its balanced Processing characteristics allow manufacturers to Mold Complex Geometries Efficiently, making it well suited for Electrical Housings, Power-Related Equipment, and Industrial components that must retain performance under Elevated Temperatures.

A Major Strength of CYCOLOY™ C2950 Resin is its Advanced Flame-Retardant Capability. The material Achieves both UL94 V-0 and UL94 5VB Flame Classifications, supporting applications where enhanced Fire Safety is Critical. These properties make it particularly attractive for Electrical and Electronic Devices Operating under demanding Thermal and Electrical Loads.

By combining Polycarbonate Toughness with ABS Processing Efficiency, CYCOLOY™ C2950 offers excellent Dimensional Stability, Impact Resistance, and Long-Term Reliability. This balance helps Engineers Design safer and more durable Products while maintaining Manufacturing Productivity.
