CYCOLOY™ C2950HF Resin is an Advanced Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered to deliver an outstanding combination of High Heat Resistance, enhanced Flame Performance, and High-Flow Processing Characteristics. Developed for demanding Electrical, Electronic, and Industrial applications, this material helps manufacturers achieve both Stringent Safety requirements and efficient Production Performance.

A Distinguishing Feature of CYCOLOY™ C2950HF is its High-Flow Formulation, which provides improved Mold Filling capability for Complex Geometries, Intricate Features, and Thin-Wall Designs. The enhanced Flow behavior allows Processors to reduce Molding Pressures, Improve Productivity, and maintain consistent Part Quality without Compromising the Mechanical performance of the Polymer.

In addition to its excellent Processability, CYCOLOY™ C2950HF Resin offers improved High Heat Performance, enabling components to retain Structural Integrity and Dimensional Stability in Elevated-Temperature Environments. The PC/ABS Alloy combines the Toughness and Thermal capability of Polycarbonate with the Processing Advantages of ABS, making it suitable for applications requiring both Durability and Manufacturing Efficiency.

The material incorporates a Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant System, providing an Environmentally Conscious Alternative to Traditional Halogen-Based Flame-Retardant Formulations. This Technology allows the Resin to achieve demanding Fire Safety requirements while supporting Modern Environmental and Regulatory Objectives.
