CYCOLOY™ C4220 Resin is a 20% Glass Fiber Reinforced PC/ABS Grade designed for applications requiring enhanced Structural Performance, High Dimensional Stability, and reliable Heat Resistance. by combining the Toughness of Polycarbonate, the Processing Advantages of ABS, and the Reinforcement Benefits of Glass Fiber, this material delivers an excellent balance of Strength, Rigidity, and Impact Performance.
The 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement significantly Increases Stiffness and Load-Bearing capability compared to Unfilled or Lower-Filled PC/ABS Grades. Components Molded from CYCOLOY™ C4220 maintain excellent Dimensional Integrity under Mechanical Stress, making the material suitable for Structural Parts where Rigidity and Precision are Critical.
