CYCOLOY™ C7230P Resin is a Mineral-Filled Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered to deliver a unique combination of High Stiffness, Low Warpage, Impact Performance, and Thin-Wall Design Capability. Developed for demanding Engineering applications, this Advanced material offers a balanced Property Profile that supports Lightweight Component Design while maintaining excellent Dimensional Stability and Structural Integrity.

A Defining Characteristic of CYCOLOY™ C7230P is its High Modulus of approximately 4.5 Gpa, which provides enhanced Rigidity compared to standard PC/ABS Materials. The Mineral-Filled formulation contributes to improved Stiffness and Dimensional Control, allowing Molded components to maintain their Shape and performance under Mechanical Loads. This makes the material particularly suitable for Parts where Structural Strength and Precision are Important.
