CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin is a Mineral Filled, Non Halogenated Engineering Thermoplastic developed to provide controlled Stiffness and Dimensional Stability in Flame Sensitive applications. This Impact Modified PC/ABS Blend incorporates Mineral Reinforcement to achieve a Modulus of 3.3 GPa, supporting structural components that require balanced rigidity without excessive Brittleness.

Material Response of CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin reflects its Reinforced Architecture, delivering Improved Shape Retention and reduced Deformation under Load. Low Warpage behaviour contributes to consistent part geometry during molding and in service, supporting applications where alignment and dimensional accuracy are important.

CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin Toughness are maintained through its Impact Modified formulation, allowing the material to absorb mechanical stress while limiting Crack Propagation. This balance between Stiffness and Impact Resistance enables reliable performance in structural and functional components.

Performance at reduced Temperatures is supported by the retained Ductility of CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin, allowing components to maintain Mechanical Integrity under sub ambient conditions. This Capability Extends usability across environments where both strength and toughness are required.

CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin is a Non Chlorinated, Non Brominated System, supporting compliance with environmental and regulatory expectations. CYCOLOY™ CM6140 is UL94 HB, 0.80 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, indicating suitability for applications with baseline flammability requirements.

Application suitability of CYCOLOY™ CM6140 PC/ABS Resin includes components were moderate Stiffness, Low Warpage, and durable Impact Performance must be achieved together, offering a practical balance for designs that do not require higher Modulus systems.
