Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated FR PC/ABS with Impact Modified Grade

CYCOLOY™ CM6220 Resin is a Mineral-Filled, Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered for applications requiring Exceptional Stiffness, Low Warpage, and reliable Impact Performance. Designed as a High-Modulus Engineering Material, this Grade combines Dimensional Stability with Mechanical Durability, making it suitable for components that demand Structural Integrity and Precise Dimensional Control.

A Key Feature of CYCOLOY™ CM6220 is its High Modulus of approximately 6 Gpa, providing significantly enhanced Stiffness compared to standard PC/ABS Materials. This Elevated Rigidity helps Molded Parts Resist deformation under Load while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy throughout their Service Life. The Mineral-Filled formulation further contributes to excellent Structural Stability and consistent Performance.

Another Major Advantage is the Material's Low Warpage Characteristics. Components Molded from CYCOLOY™ CM6220 Resin Exhibit improved Dimensional Consistency, helping manufacturers achieve Tighter Tolerances, Better Assembly Fit, and reduced Post-Molding Distortion. These properties are particularly valuable in Precision-Engineered components where alignment and Dimensional Stability are Critical.

Despite its High Stiffness, CYCOLOY™ CM6220 retains good Impact performance and Low-Temperature Ductility. This balance allows the material to withstand Mechanical Stresses and Colder Operating Environments without becoming Excessively Brittle, providing a unique combination of Toughness and Rigidity.

The Resin also incorporates a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant System, supporting Environmental Compliance Goals while maintaining the performance Benefits of a Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Alloy. Combined with its Low Warpage and High Modulus, the material is well suited for applications requiring both Structural performance and Dimensional Precision.
