CYCOLOY™ CM8622 Resin is a specialized PC/ABS Engineering Blend designed to deliver a combination of High Heat Performance, High Modulus, Low Thermal Expansion, and good Impact Strength. Developed for Dimensional-Critical applications, this Grade helps Engineers achieve Better Stability and Structural performance in Environments where Temperature Fluctuations can affect Part Accuracy and Long-Term Reliability.
A Distinguishing Feature of CYCOLOY™ CM8622 is its improved Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CLTE). by reducing Dimensional Changes caused by Temperature Variations, the material helps maintain Tighter Tolerances and improved Fit between Assembled Components. This Characteristic is particularly beneficial for Precision Parts where Thermal Stability is a critical Design Consideration.
In addition to its Dimensional Stability, CYCOLOY™ CM8622 Resin offers a High Modulus, providing enhanced Stiffness and Resistance to deformation under Load. Components Molded from this material Exhibit excellent Structural Integrity, making it suitable for applications that require both Rigidity and reliable Mechanical Performance.
The Resin also delivers High Heat Resistance, enabling Molded Parts to maintain their Mechanical properties and Dimensional Accuracy in Elevated-Temperature Environments. Combined with good Impact Strength, the material offers a balanced performance Profile that helps Parts withstand both Thermal and Mechanical Stresses during Service.
Unlike highly specialized Flame-Retardant Grades, CYCOLOY™ CM8622 focuses on providing a combination of Heat Resistance, Stiffness, Impact Performance, and Low Thermal Expansion for demanding Engineering applications where Dimensional Control is a Priority.
