CYCOLOY™ CX7211 PC/ABS Resin is a Medium Flow, Non Halogenated Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic developed for Thin Wall applications requiring controlled Processing and Chemical Resistance. This PC/ABS Blend is designed to deliver balanced Flow behaviour Together with reliable material Performance in Compact and Precision Formed Components.

Processing behaviour of CYCOLOY™ CX7211 PC/ABS Resin is characterized by its Medium Flow Profile, providing controlled Mold Filling and improved Dimensional Consistency in Thin Wall Geometries. This balanced Flow enables accurate Part Reproduction while Minimizing Defects associated with excessive Flow or Uneven material Distribution.

Chemical Resistance is an Integrated feature of CYCOLOY™ CX7211 PC/ABS Resin, supporting Durability in Environments where Components are exposed to Cleaning Agents, Surface Treatments, or Operational Chemicals. This Capability helps maintain Surface Integrity and Consistent Appearance over extended Use.

CYCOLOY™ CX7211 PC/ABS Mechanical and Dimensional Performance support stable Thin Wall Component Design, offering a combination of Structural Reliability and controlled Warpage. This allows Parts to maintain Shape and Functionality even when reduced Wall Thickness is required.

Flame Retardant characteristics of CYCOLOY™ CX7211 PC/ABS Resin are achieved through a Non Chlorinated, Non Brominated System, aligning with Environmental and Regulatory Expectations. CYCOLOY™ CX7211 is UL94-V0, 1.50 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, supporting applications where Verified Fire Performance is required at defined Thickness Levels.
