CYCOLOY™ CX7240 Resin is a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered for applications requiring Thin-Wall Moldability, Chemical Resistance, and Advanced Flame Performance. Developed with a balanced Medium-Flow Formulation, this material enables manufacturers to produce Compact and Intricate components while maintaining excellent Mechanical Durability and Environmental Resistance.

A Standout Characteristic of CYCOLOY™ CX7240 is its excellent Chemical Resistance compared with Conventional PC/ABS Materials. This enhanced Resistance helps Molded components maintain their appearance and Mechanical properties when exposed to Cleaning Agents, Household Chemicals, and other Potentially Aggressive Substances. As a Result, the material is well suited for Products that require Long-Term Durability in chemically demanding Environments.

The Resin also features a Medium-Flow Processing Profile, providing an Effective balance between Mold Filling capability and Mechanical Performance. This allows manufacturers to produce Thin-Wall Designs with good Dimensional Stability while maintaining efficient Processing and consistent Part Quality.
