CYCOLOY™ CX7240U Resin is a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered to Combine Chemical Resistance, UV Stability, Thin-Wall Molding Capability, and Advanced Flame performance in a Single material Platform. Developed for applications exposed to both Environmental and Operational Challenges, this Grade offers a balanced combination of Durability, Processability, and Long-Term appearance Retention.

One of the Key Enhancements of CYCOLOY™ CX7240U is its UV-Stabilized Formulation. Compared to standard Grades, the added UV Stabilization helps Molded components Better Resist Discoloration, Surface Degradation, and Property Loss caused by Prolonged exposure to Ultraviolet Light. This makes the material especially suitable for applications where Long-Term Cosmetic appearance and performance are Important.

The Resin also provides excellent Chemical Resistance, helping components withstand exposure to Cleaning Solutions, Household Chemicals, and other Potentially Aggressive Substances. This added Durability supports applications requiring reliable Long-Term performance in Environments where Chemical Contact may occur during Normal use.

Designed with a Medium-Flow Processing Profile, CYCOLOY™ CX7240U Resin offers efficient Mold Filling while maintaining good Dimensional Stability and Mechanical Performance. The material is particularly well suited for Thin-Wall Molded Parts, allowing manufacturers to produce Lightweight and Compact Designs without Sacrificing Structural Integrity.

To support demanding Safety Requirements, CYCOLOY™ CX7240U incorporates a Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant System. This Environmentally Conscious Approach provides excellent Flame performance while addressing the Growing demand for Halogen-Free material Solutions. The Grade Achieves UL94 V-0 Classification at Thicknesses as Low as 0.75 mm, making it suitable for Space-Constrained applications where both Flame Resistance and Design flexibility are required.
