CYCOLOY™ CY5025 Resin is a General-Purpose Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame-Retardant PC/ABS Grade developed for applications requiring a balance of Thin-Wall Moldability, Impact Resistance, and Flame-Retardant Performance. Designed to support Modern Product Designs with increasingly Compact Geometries, this material offers reliable Processing characteristics while maintaining the Toughness and Durability Associated with PC/ABS Technology.

One of the Key Strengths of CYCOLOY™ CY5025 is its suitability for Thin-Wall Injection Molding applications. The formulation provides excellent Mold-Filling Capability, enabling manufacturers to produce Intricate and Lightweight components with consistent Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Quality. This makes the material particularly attractive for applications where Design flexibility and Production Efficiency are Important.

Despite its capability for Thin-Wall Molding, CYCOLOY™ CY5025 Resin maintains good Impact Properties, helping Molded Parts withstand Handling, Assembly, and Day-To-Day Service Conditions. The combination of Toughness and Processability allows Engineers to reduce Part Weight and Wall Thickness without significantly Compromising Mechanical Performance.
