CYCOLOY™ CY6025 Resin is a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered for applications that require a combination of Thin-Wall Moldability, Strong Impact Performance, and reliable Flame Resistance. Developed to address the Growing demand for Compact and Lightweight Product Designs, this material offers enhanced Flow characteristics while maintaining the Strength and Toughness Associated with Premium PC/ABS Alloys.

A Distinguishing Feature of CYCOLOY™ CY6025 is its improved Flow Performance, which enables efficient Filling of Thin-Wall Geometries and Complex Mold Designs. This enhanced Processability helps manufacturers produce Intricate Parts with greater Consistency, reduced Molding Pressures, and improved Production Efficiency. as a Result, the material is particularly suited for components where Design flexibility and High-Volume Manufacturing are Critical.

Despite its High-Flow Characteristics, CYCOLOY™ CY6025 Resin maintains good Impact Properties, helping Molded components withstand Handling, Assembly, and Operational Stresses. The balanced combination of Flowability and Toughness allows Engineers to Design Thinner components without significantly Compromising Mechanical Performance.
