Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated FR PC/ABS with Good Impact Properties

CYCOLOY™ CY6110 Resin is a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant PC/ABS Grade engineered to provide an excellent combination of Hydrolytic Stability, Impact Performance, Flame Resistance, and Processing Efficiency. Developed for demanding Electrical and Electronic applications, this material delivers reliable Long-Term performance in Environments where exposure to Heat and Moisture can affect Conventional Engineering Plastics.

One of the Key Advantages of CYCOLOY™ CY6110 is its Advanced Hydrolytic Stability, helping Molded components maintain Mechanical properties and appearance when exposed to Humidity, Moisture, or Challenging Environmental Conditions. This enhanced Durability supports applications requiring Dependable performance throughout Extended Service Life.

The Resin also offers good Flow Characteristics, allowing manufacturers to Efficiently Mold Complex Geometries while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy and consistent Part Quality. Its balanced Processing Profile provides a practical combination of Productivity and Mechanical performance for a Wide range of Molded Components.

In addition to its Environmental Durability, CYCOLOY™ CY6110 Resin provides good Impact Properties, enabling Parts to withstand Handling, Assembly Stresses, and Everyday Operating Conditions. The PC/ABS Alloy Technology combines the Toughness of Polycarbonate with the Processability of ABS, Resulting in a Well-Balanced Engineering Material.

A Major Feature of CYCOLOY™ CY6110 is its Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame Retardant Formulation, providing excellent Fire performance without the use of Halogen-Based Flame-Retardant Systems. The material Achieves UL94 V-0 Classification and offers an enhanced UL94 5VB Rating at 2.5 mm, making it suitable for applications with Stringent Flame-Retardant Requirements.
