Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated FR PC/ABS with Impact Modified Grade

CYCOLOY™ CY6310 Resin is a Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant PC/ABS Grade specifically developed for applications requiring High Flow Performance, enhanced Impact Resistance, and efficient Molding of Large Components. Engineered as an Impact-Modified Formulation, this Resin provides an excellent balance of Toughness, Processability, and Flame-Retardant capability for demanding Engineering applications.

One of the Primary Advantages of CYCOLOY™ CY6310 is its High-Flow Characteristic, which enables the material to Fill Large Mold Cavities and Complex Geometries more effectively than Conventional PC/ABS Grades. This enhanced Flow behavior helps reduce Molding Pressures, Improve Cycle Efficiency, and support the Production of Large Molded Parts with excellent Surface Quality and Dimensional Consistency.

As an Impact-Modified Grade, CYCOLOY™ CY6310 Resin delivers improved Toughness and Resistance to Mechanical Stress. Components Molded from this material are Better Able to withstand Handling, Assembly Loads, and Operational Impacts, making the Grade particularly suitable for applications where Durability and reliability are important performance Requirements.

The Resin incorporates a Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated Flame Retardant System, providing Environmentally Conscious Flame-Retardant performance without the use of Halogen-Based Additives. This formulation supports Modern Regulatory and Sustainability Objectives while maintaining Strong Fire-Safety Characteristics.
