CYCOLOY™ CY6414 PC/ABS Resin is an Impact Modified, Flame‑Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic developed to provide enhanced Toughness Together with elevated Heat Resistance. This Medium Flow PC/ABS Blend utilizes a Non‑Chlorinated, Non‑Brominated Flame Retardant System, supporting applications that require both Mechanical Durability and Certified Fire Performance.

Mechanical behaviour of CYCOLOY™ CY6414 PC/ABS Resin is defined by its Impact Modified formulation, allowing aomponents to absorb Energy and Resist Fracture under Dynamic Loading Conditions. This Improved Toughness Support use in applications where Mechanical Stress, Handling, or Repeated Impact May Occur during Service.

Thermal performance of this PC/ABS Resin extends beyond standard PC/ABS Grades, Providing Higher Heat Resistance for applications exposed to Elevated Operating Conditions. This capability enables reliable performance where Dimensional Integrity and material Stability must be maintained under Thermal Load.

NORYL™ CY6414 is UL94‑V0, 1.20 mm ~ 3.00 mm Rated, supporting applications requiring verified Flame Resistance without the use of Brominated or Chlorinated additives.
