CYCOLOY™ MC8100 Resin is an Opaque PC/ABS Grade developed for manufacturers requiring a Versatile Engineering material with improved Heat Resistance and excellent Processability for Extrusion and Blow Molding applications. As a General-Purpose Formulation, this Grade offers a balanced combination of Toughness, Thermal Performance, and Manufacturing Flexibility, making it suitable for a Broad range of Industrial and Commercial Products.

Unlike Conventional Injection Molding Grades, CYCOLOY™ MC8100 is optimized for Extrusion and Blow Molding Processes, providing the Melt Strength and Processing Stability Needed for producing Hollow Parts, Profiles, and Large-Format Components. The Material's balanced Rheological characteristics help support consistent Production while maintaining Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Quality.

A Notable Feature of CYCOLOY™ MC8100 Resin is its enhanced Heat Performance. The PC/ABS Alloy combines the Thermal capability of Polycarbonate with the Processing Advantages of ABS, enabling finished Parts to retain their Structural Integrity and appearance under Moderately Elevated Operating Temperatures. This makes the material suitable for applications where standard ABS may not provide sufficient Thermal Performance.

The Resin also delivers good Toughness and Impact Resistance, helping finished components withstand Handling, Transportation, and Everyday Service Conditions. Combined with its Extrusion and Blow Molding Capability, CYCOLOY™ MC8100 provides Designers and manufacturers with a Dependable material Solution for producing durable and Cost-Effective Products.
