CYCOLOY™ RCM6134 PC/ABS Resin is a Sustainable, Flame Retardant Engineering Thermoplastic developed to Combine Recycled Content with High Performance Thin Wall capability. This Grade Incorporates 35% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) material within a Non Chlorinated, Non Brominated PC/ABS System, supporting Environmentally Conscious Design without compromising functional performance.

Material Efficiency of CYCOLOY™ RCM6134 PC/ABS Resin is defined by its High Flow formulation, enabling reliable filling of Thin Wall Geometries and complex component designs. This Processing capability support reduced material usage and improved manufacturing efficiency, particularly in lightweight or precision formed parts.

Structural Performance of CYCOLOY™ RCM6134 PC/ABS Resin is characterized by High Stiffness, allowing components to maintain Shape and Resist Deformation even at Reduced wall thickness. This Property support dimensional stability and consistent part geometry in applications requiring structural integrity.
