CYCOLOY™ XCM830 Resin is an Advanced PC/ABS Engineering Grade specifically designed to deliver an outstanding combination of High Stiffness and High Impact Strength, enabling the Development of Thinner, Lighter, and more efficient Automotive Components. This unique balance of Mechanical properties allows Engineers to reduce Part Weight while maintaining the Structural performance required in demanding Vehicle applications.

A Key Advantage of CYCOLOY™ XCM830 is its ability to achieve High Rigidity without Sacrificing Toughness. Traditional Materials often require a Compromise between Stiffness and Impact Performance; however, this Grade is engineered to provide both. As a Result, components can be designed with reduced Wall Thickness while still maintaining Strength, Durability, and Resistance to Mechanical Stress.

The Material's High Impact performance helps protect Parts against Damage caused by Assembly Loads, Vibration, Handling, and Everyday Operating Conditions. This Characteristic is particularly valuable for Automotive applications where Long-Term Durability and Occupant Safety are important Design Considerations.

By enabling Lightweight Component Design, CYCOLOY™ XCM830 Resin supports Automotive Manufacturers' Efforts to reduce Vehicle Weight without Compromising Performance.
