CYCOLOY™ XCY620S Resin is an enhanced PC/ABS Engineering Grade designed to provide improved Flow Performance, High Impact Strength, Low-Temperature Ductility, Hydrolytic Stability, and excellent Heat Aging Resistance. Building Upon the performance Advantages of the XCY620 family, this Grade offers increased Processing Efficiency while maintaining the Toughness and Environmental Durability required for demanding Engineering applications.
A Major Advantage of CYCOLOY™ XCY620S is its improved Flow Characteristic, which enables easier Molding of Complex Geometries, Longer Flow Lengths, and Detailed Components. The enhanced Flowability supports reduced Injection Pressures, improved Mold Filling, and greater Manufacturing Efficiency while maintaining consistent Part Quality and Dimensional Accuracy.
Despite its High-Flow Formulation, CYCOLOY™ XCY620S Resin retains excellent Impact Strength, allowing Molded components to withstand Handling, Assembly Stresses, and demanding Service Conditions. The combination of Toughness and Processability makes the material suitable for applications requiring both Durability and Production Efficiency.
Another important Attribute is its Low-Temperature Ductility. Components Molded from CYCOLOY™ XCY620S maintain Toughness and Resistance to Brittle Failure when exposed to Cold Environments, supporting reliable performance across a Wide Operating Temperature Range.
The material also Exhibits Outstanding Hydrolytic Stability and Heat Aging Resistance. These properties Help preserve Mechanical performance and appearance after Prolonged exposure to Humidity, Moisture, and Elevated Temperatures.
