CYCOLOY™ XCY630 Resin is a Versatile Medium-Heat PC/ABS Grade engineered to deliver a combination of improved Flow Characteristics, High Impact Strength, Low-Temperature Ductility, Hydrolytic Stability, and excellent Heat-Aging Performance. Designed for demanding Engineering applications, this material provides reliable Long-Term Durability while supporting efficient Processing and Complex Part Molding.

The Resin features an enhanced Flow formulation that allows manufacturers to Mold Intricate Geometries and Challenging Part Designs with greater Ease. Improved Flow behavior contributes to Better Mold Filling, reduced Processing Complexity, and consistent Part Quality, making CYCOLOY™ XCY630 a practical Choice for High-Volume Production Environments.

In addition to its excellent Processability, CYCOLOY™ XCY630 Resin offers High Impact Strength, helping components withstand Handling, Assembly Stresses, and Service-Related Mechanical Loads. This Toughness is complemented by Outstanding Low-Temperature Ductility, enabling Parts to maintain performance and Resist Brittle Failure when exposed to Cold Operating Environments.

Components Molded from CYCOLOY™ XCY630 can retain their Mechanical properties and appearance when subjected to Moisture, Humidity, and Challenging Environmental Conditions.
