Unlike Conventional Injection Molding Grades, ELCRES™ CRX9016E Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin is designed for Extrusion Processing, providing stable Melt behaviour and excellent Profile Consistency during Manufacturing. The Material's Low Shrinkage characteristics Help Improve Dimensional Control, allowing Extruded Products to maintain Tight Tolerances and reliable Fit throughout their Service Life.

One of the Strengths of ELCRES™ CRX9016E Resin is its ability to maintain Long-Term Ductility. Components Produced from ELCRES™ CRX9016E Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin remain resistant to Cracking and Brittle Failure over Extended Periods of use, supporting Durability in demanding Operating Environments. This Characteristic is especially valuable in Structural and Transportation-Related applications where Long Service Life is expected.

Beyond Toughness, ELCRES™ CRX9016E Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin provides excellent Thermal performance with a Heat Resistance of Up to 145°C. The material retains Mechanical Integrity at Elevated Temperatures, making it suitable for applications exposed to Continuous Thermal Loading or Harsh Operating Conditions.

To support Outdoor and Industrial use, ELCRES™ CRX9016E Resin incorporates UV Stabilization, helping maintain appearance and performance when exposed to Prolonged Sunlight. The formulation also includes enhanced Release Characteristics, Improving Processing Efficiency and supporting Smoother Production during Manufacturing.
