ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin combines the Toughness of Polycarbonate, the Processability of ABS, and the enhanced Ductility Associated with EXL Materials. This balanced formulation helps components maintain Impact performance while offering improved Resistance to Cracking and Mechanical Stress. As a Result, ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin is suitable for demanding Housings, Enclosures, and Technical Parts exposed to Challenging Operating Conditions.

A Key Differentiator of ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin is its improved Chemical Resistance compared to Conventional PC/ABS Materials. Components Molded from ELCRES™ CRX7410 Resin can Better withstand Contact with a Variety of Cleaners, Chemicals, and Everyday Contaminants, helping maintain appearance and performance over time.

For applications requiring Elevated Safety Performance, ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin incorporates a Non-Brominated and Non-Chlorinated Flame-Retardant System. This Non-Halogenated Approach provides Strong Flame performance while supporting Environmental requirements often associated with Modern Electrical and Electronic Products.

The material is designed for Injection Molding and is available in a Wide range of Colors, Giving manufacturer’s flexibility in both Aesthetics and Product Design. The Blend also delivers a useful balance of Heat Resistance and Ductility, allowing ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin to perform reliably in applications where Mechanical Toughness and Thermal Stability are both Important.

Another Notable Advantage of ELCRES™ CRX7410 Resin is its Strong Flame-Retardant Performance. The material Achieves UL94 V-0 Classification at 1.5 mm and UL94 5VB at 2.0 mm, making it suitable for applications requiring enhanced Fire Safety Performance.

ELCRES™ CRX7410 PC/ABS/EXL Resin is also RoHS Compliant, supporting alignment with Global Environmental and Regulatory Requirements.
