ELCRES™ EXL4311 Opaque Polycarbonate Siloxane Resin 10 % Glass Fiber

ELCRES™ EXL4311 Polycarbonate Siloxane Resin is a Glass Fiber Reinforced Engineering Thermoplastic designed to deliver a balanced Combination of Structural Rigidity, Impact Performance, and Ductility. This Opaque Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer incorporates 10% Glass Fiber reinforcement to enhance stiffness while retaining the Intrinsic Toughness of the Siloxane modified Polymer System.

Mechanical Performance of ELCRES™ EXL4311 Polycarbonate Siloxane Resin is defined by Improved Impact Strength and Resistance to Brittle failure. The Modified Polymer Structure support increased Ductility, allowing components to absorb Mechanical Energy more effectively while maintaining Structural Integrity under Load.

The Reinforcement approach used in ELCRES™ EXL4311 Polycarbonate Siloxane Resin provides increased Modulus and Dimensional Consistency without excessive Loss of Toughness. The 10% Glass Fiber content enhances Shape Stability, making the material Suitable for applications that require Strength combined with Resistance to Mechanical Deformation.

Processing characteristics of ELCRES™ EXL4311 Polycarbonate Siloxane Resin are defined by its Medium Flow behaviour, supporting reliable Mold Filling and Consistent Part Formation. This Profile enables Stable Processing across Complex or Moderately Thick Geometries while maintaining Surface Quality.
