One of the most valuable Attributes of ELCRES™ EXL9334 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to maintain Ductility at Temperatures as Low as -40°C. This Characteristic helps Molded Parts Resist Brittle Failure in Cold-Weather Conditions, making the material suitable for Outdoor Equipment, Electrical Enclosures, and applications exposed to Wide Temperature Variations.

In addition to its Cold-Temperature Performance, ELCRES™ EXL9334 Resin provides improved Impact Strength and Chemical Resistance compared to Conventional Flame-Retardant Polycarbonate Grades. This balance of Toughness and Environmental Durability allows components to maintain performance when exposed to Mechanical Stress, Cleaning Agents, and Challenging Operating Conditions.

The material incorporates an added UV Stabilizer, helping protect Molded Parts from Weathering and Prolonged Sunlight Exposure. as a Result, ELCRES™ EXL9334 Polycarbonate Resin can maintain appearance and Mechanical performance over Extended Outdoor Service Life.

Processing is supported by a Melt Flow Index (MFI) of approximately 7, providing a balanced Flow Profile that supports efficient Molding while maintaining Dimensional Control and Part Consistency. This makes ELCRES™ EXL9334 Resin suitable for a Broad range of Electrical, Industrial, Transportation, and Outdoor applications.
