LNP™ ELCRES™ HPC17 Polycarbonate Resin is a High Heat, Biocompatible Copolymer Resin engineered specifically for demanding Healthcare and Medical device applications. The Resin offers a High Vicat Softening Temperature of 170°C, enabling reliable performance in elevated Temperature Environments such as Sterilization Processes and repeated Thermal Exposure. This Healthcare Grade Polycarbonate is designed to meet stringent regulatory requirements, including ISO 10993 and USP Class VI, making it suitable for Patient Contact and Sensitive Medical Applications.

LNP™ ELCRES™ HPC17 Resin is UL94 HB rated from 0.75 mm to 3.0 mm Thickness, supporting its use in applications where controlled Flammability Performance is required. The material combines High Heat Resistance with balanced Mechanical Properties, ensuring Dimensional Stability, Toughness, and Durability during Molding and End-Use. Its optimized formulation allows for consistent processing while maintaining Clarity and Mechanical Integrity across a wide range of manufacturing conditions.
