ELCRES™ XD2131 Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin is an Opaque Engineering Thermoplastic developed to deliver reliable performance in applications requiring Low Temperature Toughness and Efficient Processing. This High Viscosity Polycarbonate Copolymer is designed to maintain Mechanical Integrity at Temperatures as Low as 40 °C, supporting use in Environments where Cold Impact Resistance is Critical.

Low Temperature performance is a defining characteristic of ELCRES™ XD2131 Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin, providing excellent Ductility and Resistance to Brittle failure under Sub Zero Conditions. This capability allows components to withstand Mechanical Stress without Cracking in Cold Exposure applications.

Processing Efficiency is enhanced through the formulation of ELCRES™ XD2131 Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin, supporting Shorter Injection Cycle Times and Improved Manufacturing Productivity. The Material’s controlled Flow behaviour enables consistent Mold Filling while maintaining Stability in High Viscosity Processing Conditions.

Thermal Processing Stability is supported by Built In Heat Stabilizer additives in ELCRES™ XD2131 Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin, helping preserve material properties during repeated Processing Cycles. This Stability contributes to reliable Manufacturing and consistent part performance.
