LNP™ ELCRIN™ 610001uiq2 PC/PBT Alloy Resin is engineered as a Hybrid material System that Brings Together the Strengths of Polycarbonate and Polybutylene Terephthalate into a Single, balanced performance Platform. It is designed to deliver a combination of Toughness, Chemical Resistance, and Thermal Stability while Meeting Modern Environmental and Safety Expectations.

LNP™ ELCRIN™ 610001uiq2 PC/PBT Alloy Resin Integrates a Minimum of 12% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) content using Iq Generation 2 Technology, enabling Sustainable material Sourcing without Compromising Consistency. The Advanced formulation also incorporates a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame-Retardant System, and Achieving UL94 V0 Classification from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, allowing it to meet Stringent Safety Requirements in Electrical and Industrial Applications.

Unlike Single-Polymer Systems, this Alloy Works by Combining Complementary Behaviours. Polycarbonate provides Impact Resistance and Toughness, while PBT contributes Chemical Resistance and Dimensional Stability. This Synergy allows the material to Perform across a wider range of Conditions than Either Polymer Alone.

LNP™ ELCRIN™ 610001uiq2 PC/PBT Alloy Resin is Optimized for Manufacturing with easy Flow Characteristics, enabling Efficient Molding and consistent Part Quality. This support High-Volume Production while maintaining uniform Performance, particularly in Complex Geometries or Thin-Wall Sections.

The material also support Bright White Coloration and Opaque Finishes, making it suitable for applications where both Aesthetic and Functional Requirements must be met. In Addition, its balanced Structure ensures reliable performance under Mechanical Stress, Environmental Exposure, and Temperature Variation.
