LNP™ ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC Resin is a Sustainable Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) Alloy designed to Combine Recycled Content, Durability and Environmental Responsibility without Compromising Engineering Performance. Utilizing Advanced ELCRIN™ IQ PBT Generation 2 Upcycling Technology, ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC incorporates Significant Post-Consumer Recycled content while delivering the Toughness, Chemical Resistance and Processing reliability required for demanding Consumer, Industrial and Transportation applications.

A Major Advantage of ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC PC/PBT Resin is its 42% Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) Content, helping manufacturers reduce Dependence on Virgin Raw Materials and support Circular Economy Initiatives. Through IQ PBT Generation 2 Technology, Recycled PET Waste is Transformed into High-Value Engineering Thermoplastic Feedstock, enabling more Sustainable material Solutions while maintaining excellent Product Performance.

Unlike Conventional Recycled Materials that may Limit performance or Aesthetics, LNP™ ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC Resin is engineered to provide a balanced combination of Low-Temperature Impact Resistance, attractive Surface appearance and Chemical Resistance. This allows manufacturers to achieve Sustainability Goals without Sacrificing Product Durability or Visual Quality.

ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC delivers excellent Low-Temperature Impact Performance, enabling Molded components to maintain Toughness and Resist Brittle Failure under Cold Operating Conditions. This Characteristic makes the material suitable for applications exposed to Challenging Environmental Conditions where Impact Durability remains Critical.

The PC/PBT Alloy Technology used in ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC Resin also provides Good Chemical Resistance, helping components maintain appearance and performance when exposed to Household Cleaners, Automotive Fluids and other commonly Encountered Chemicals. Combined with Good Surface Aesthetics, the material is well suited for Visible Exterior and Interior components where both performance and appearance are Important.

Processing Efficiency is enhanced through the Material's High-Flow Formulation, allowing manufacturers to produce Complex Geometries and Detailed Molded Parts with improved Mold Filling and consistent Production Quality. The added Flow performance supports efficient Processing while maintaining the Mechanical Benefits of a PC/PBT Engineering Alloy.

To further Enhance Long-Term Durability, LNP™ ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC incorporates an added UV Stabilizer Package that helps maintain appearance and Mechanical properties when exposed to Sunlight and Outdoor Environmental Conditions. This additional Protection Expands the range of applications suitable for the Material.

Another important Sustainability Feature of ELCRIN™ 6XEUIQ2RCC Resin is that it Contains No Intentionally added PFAS. This supports Evolving Environmental Objectives and Regulatory Initiatives while providing manufacturers with an Advanced Engineering Thermoplastic Solution for Next-Generation Products.
