LNP™ ELCRIN™ EXL1414B Resin is a Sustainable Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer designed to provide Exceptional Toughness, Chemical Resistance and Low-Temperature performance while Incorporating Bio-Based Raw Materials. Developed for manufacturers seeking a balance of Durability, Environmental Responsibility and Processing Efficiency, ELCRIN™ EXL1414B combines Advanced Siloxane Copolymer Technology with Bio-Based Feedstock to deliver reliable performance across Consumer, Industrial and Electronic applications.
A Major Feature of ELCRIN™ EXL1414B Polycarbonate Resin is its Bio-Based Composition. The Primary Polymer Building Blocks are Synthesized using ELCRIN™ Renewable Feedstock Technology, helping reduce Dependence on Traditional Fossil-Derived Materials while maintaining the Strength and performance Expected from Premium Engineering Thermoplastics.
Unlike Conventional Polycarbonate Materials that can become Brittle at Low Temperatures, ELCRIN™ EXL1414B maintains excellent Toughness and Ductility even under Cold Environmental Conditions. The material offers Low-Temperature Ductility Down to -40°C, making it suitable for Products exposed to Outdoor Weather, Transportation Environments and demanding Industrial Operating Conditions.
The Siloxane Copolymer Structure of ELCRIN™ EXL1414B Resin contributes to its Outstanding Impact Performance.
