ELCRIN™ EXL4412B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin is developed to maintain Equilibrium across competing material Demands — where Stiffness, Impact Performance, and Sustainability must coexist without One Property Overwhelming the Others. It is designed for applications where Balance, Rather than Extremes, Defines Long-Term Reliability.

ELCRIN™ EXL4412B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin Achieves this through a 20% Glass Fiber Reinforced Siloxane-Modified Polycarbonate Structure, supported by Partially Bio Based content. The Reinforcement Introduces Structural Rigidity, while the Copolymer Architecture Preserves Ductility, allowing the material to Respond to both Static Loads and Dynamic Stresses in a controlled Manner.

In Many Reinforced Plastics, Increased Stiffness can lead to Brittleness. This material avoids that Trade-Off. The Impact-Modified System Absorbs Energy during Mechanical Stress, reducing the Likelihood of Crack Initiation and Propagation. As a Result, components maintain both Strength and Resilience across Repeated use or Handling.

ELCRIN™ EXL4412B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin also support Efficient Production through its Medium Flow Characteristics, allowing consistent Mold Filling and reliable Part Formation. This ensures that the Internal Structure — including Fiber Distribution and material Uniformity — is preserved from Processing to Final Application.

The material retains Chemical Resistance and Dimensional Stability, ensuring that performance is maintained even in Environments where Exposure to Heat, Industrial Substances, or Mechanical Stress is Common.
