Synthesized from Bio-Based Feedstock, ELCRIN™ EXL9330B combines Advanced material Technology with enhanced Sustainability, making it an excellent Choice for demanding Electrical, Electronics and Industrial applications.

ELCRIN™ EXL9330B Utilizes an Eco-Friendly Flame Retardant (ECO FR) System that is both Non-Chlorinated and Non-Brominated. By Eliminating Halogenated Flame-Retardant Additives, the material offers a more Environmentally Responsible Solution while still delivering excellent Fire performance for Safety-Critical applications.

The material Achieves UL94 V-0 Flame Retardant Classification from 2.50 mm to 3.00 mm, providing reliable Fire Protection for Electrical Enclosures, Industrial Equipment and Electronic components where Flame Resistance is a critical Design Requirement.

One of the Most Remarkable properties of ELCRIN™ EXL9330B Resin is its Exceptional Low-Temperature Ductility. The material maintains Impact performance and Toughness Down to -60°C, significantly Extending its suitability for Harsh Outdoor Environments and Cold-Weather applications. Components Produced from ELCRIN™ EXL9330B remain resistant to Brittle Fracture even under Severe Low-Temperature Operating Conditions.

To support Long-Term Outdoor Performance, ELCRIN™ EXL9330B Polycarbonate Copolymer is also UV Stabilized. The added UV Stabilization Package helps preserve Mechanical Properties, Color Stability and Surface appearance when exposed to Prolonged Sunlight and Weathering Conditions. This makes the material suitable for applications requiring both Environmental Durability and Flame-Retardant Performance.

The Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer Technology Incorporated into ELCRIN™ EXL9330B enhances Impact Resistance and Toughness beyond Conventional Polycarbonate Formulations.
