ELCRIN™ EXL9414B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin is designed to Act as a material Safeguard in Systems where Fire Risk, Mechanical Stress, and Temperature Exposure must be Actively Controlled. It is developed for applications where material Failure is not an Option and consistent Safety performance is required throughout the Lifecycle.

ELCRIN™ EXL9414B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin Integrates a Non Chlorinated, Non Brominated Flame-Retardant System, Achieving a UL94 V0 Rating from 0.80 mm to 3.10 mm. This enables the material to Resist Ignition and Slow Flame Propagation, supporting use in Electrical Systems and components where Fire Safety Compliance is Critical.

The material maintains Ductility Down to –30 °C, allowing components to retain Flexibility and Resist Cracking in Colder Environments. This ensures that Safety does not deteriorate under Temperature Stress, Which is often a Key Failure Point in Conventional Plastics.

ELCRIN™ EXL9414B Polycarbonate Copolymer Resin is based on a Bio-Derived Siloxane-Modified Polycarbonate Structure, Combining Environmental Responsibility with performance Durability. The Siloxane Copolymer contributes enhanced Impact Resistance, ensuring that Structural Integrity is maintained even under Repeated Mechanical Load or Sudden Impact.

In Addition to its Safety Characteristics, the Resin offers Medium Flow Behaviour, enabling consistent Processing and reliable Part Formation. This ensures that Safety Features, Mechanical Integrity, and Dimensional Accuracy are preserved during Manufacturing.
