PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A370 UV Transmitting Clear Acrylic Sheet Solutions

PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A370 UV Transmitting Clear Acrylic Sheet is a unique extruded PMMA Grade engineered for applications that require controlled Transmission of Ultraviolet Light while maintaining excellent optical clarity. Unlike standard Acrylic Sheets that block UV Radiation, this material is specifically designed to allow UV-A and UV-B Wavelengths to pass through, making it highly suitable for specialized environments where Ultraviolet exposure plays an important role.

As a dedicated extrusion grade, PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A370 UV Transmitting Acrylic Sheet can be produced in extended custom lengths with a fixed extrusion Width of 2,050 mm. This flexibility supports Large Area installations and Automated Manufacturing Processes. The continuous extrusion process delivers highly consistent thickness with tighter tolerances of approximately ±5 Percent, improving dimensional accuracy, reducing waste, and enhancing repeatability in High Volume Production.

With a Light Transmission of 92 % that remains consistent across all thicknesses, The Sheet delivers outstanding Brilliance and Clarity. Its unique UV Transmitting capability supports applications such as Tanning Beds, Greenhouses, protected drying roofs for Organic Waste conversion, and Rain Protected Agricultural Structures where crops require UV exposure. The controlled Passage of UV-A and UV-B also contributes to enhanced pathogen reduction, supporting Hygienic and Biologically active Environments.

Manufactured using NATURALLY UV STABLE Technology, the entire Sheet is composed of UV Stable Molecules rather than relying on a thin surface treatment. This prevents Brittleness and Outdoor Microcracking commonly associated with poorly stabilized Plastics. The material offers outstanding weather resistance, Good Chemical Resistance, High Surface Hardness, Lightweight Performance at Half the Weight of Glass, Full Recyclability, and Long Term Durability Under Rain, Wind, and Temperature Fluctuations.
