PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A570 AR Acrylic Sheet. UV Absorbent with Anti Glare

PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A570 AR is a specialized Acrylic Sheet engineered for museum grade Glazing, featuring a Fine Textured Surface on 1 side to effectively minimize Glare and Distracting Reflections. This advanced UV Absorbent Grade is designed specifically for Fine Art Protection where Transparency and Visual Fidelity are Paramount. Unlike materials that merely reflect rays, this formulation Absorbs Harmful Ultraviolet exposure without compromising Visible Light Transmission, ensuring exhibited Surfaces appear Natural and remain Protected from degradation.

The Single sided Fine Texture acts as a High Performance Anti Glare Surface by scattering incident light, allowing viewers to see details clearly from various angles without the interference of harsh hotspots. This Unique Extrusion Grade product can be produced in Extended Lengths with a maximum width of 2,050 mm, allowing for efficient fabrication of Large Displays and Protective Enclosures. The continuous extrusion process provides exceptional dimensional consistency with tighter tolerances of approximately ±5% compared to Cast Acrylic, benefiting Automated Precision Manufacturing.

Performance features include 92% light transmission, Non UV Transmitting Properties, and superior Outdoor Weather Resistance. The material is Lightweight at roughly half the weight of Glass, Chemically Resistant, and significantly more Durable than generic PMMA sheets, particularly against outdoor microcracking caused by rain, wind, and temperature cycling.

Its naturally UV Stable Molecular composition provides Uniform Stabilization throughout the entire sheet rather than relying on a thin surface coating, preventing long term brittleness. PLEXIGLAS® XT 0A570 AR complies with ROHS and REACH requirements and carries a 30 year guarantee against Yellowing.
