PLEXIGLAS® XT 2N170 Acrylic Sheet is a Unique Translucent Orange Extrusion Grade engineered for applications requiring extended Lengths with a maximum width of 2,050 mm. This capability reduces jointing, improves Visual Continuity, and Enhances Design Freedom for Architectural and Industrial Uses where Color Consistency and Light Control are Critical.

The Continuous Extrusion Process delivers Highly Consistent Thickness with a Tight Tolerance of ±5 %, ensuring predictable Performance across Large Installations. PLEXIGLAS® XT 2N170 Translucent Orange Acrylic Sheet provides reliable Flatness and Dimensional Stability, supporting accurate Fabrication and reduced material Waste during Cutting and Processing.

Thanks to its Lower Softening Point, PLEXIGLAS® XT 2N170 Acrylic Sheet enables faster Thermoforming, Vacuum Forming, and Bending. This makes it especially suitable for Curved Surfaces, Custom Light Diffusers, and Formed Components where controlled Heating and Efficient Shaping improve productivity and final quality.

The Sheet features both side Gloss Polished surfaces with approximately 6 % Light Transmission, depending on Thickness. It is Non UV Transmitting and UV Blocking, Lightweight at roughly Half the Weight of Glass, better Break Resistant than Glass, and exhibits Good Chemical Resistance for demanding environments.

Designed with NATURALLY UV STABLE Technology, the entire Sheet is composed of UV Stable Molecules rather than a Thin Surface Layer. This prevents Brittleness and Outdoor Microcracking over Time.
