PLEXIGLAS® XT 3N670 Acrylic Sheet is an Advance Translucent Red PMMA Sheet designed to deliver Controlled Illumination while remaining completely Non See Through. With a stable 2% Light Transmission that remains consistent across the Sheet, this material ensures predictable optical output for lighting panels, visual screens, and architectural diffuser applications. The red tone maintains strong color depth while allowing soft, evenly distributed light to pass through.

PLEXIGLAS® XT 3N670 Red PMMA Sheet is optimized for easier Thermoforming and bending due to its lower softening point. Faster heating cycles allow smooth shaping, vacuum forming, and precision bending, making the material suitable for curved surfaces and Advanced Light Diffuser designs. These processing benefits help reduce energy usage while maintaining Dimensional Stability and Surface Quality.

Designed for long term outdoor use, PLEXIGLAS® XT 3N670 Acrylic Sheet demonstrates Outstanding Weather Resistance and significantly higher resistance to outdoor microcracking compared with Competition Generic PMMA sheets. It effectively blocks UV Transmission, Resists Environmental Stress, and maintains Uniformed Light Diffusion and Brilliance even under prolonged exposure to rain, wind, and temperature fluctuations.

PLEXIGLAS® XT 3N670 Acrylic Sheet incorporates NATURALLY UV STABLE Technology, where UV Resistance is built into the entire Molecular Structure rather than applied as a surface layer. This approach prevents embrittlement, microcrack formation, and optical degradation over time. The material offers High Surface Hardness, Good Chemical Resistance, Light Weight at roughly half the weight of glass, Better Break Resistance than glass, 100% Recycling Ability, and SAFE ROHS and REACH Compliance for responsible material selection.

Manufactured as a Unique Extrusion Grade, PLEXIGLAS® XT 3N670 Red PMMA Sheet supports customized production into longer sheet lengths with a maximum width of 2,050 mm. This flexibility enables efficient fabrication for large-scale projects while minimizing joints and material waste. The continuous extrusion process results in consistent Thickness with tight tolerances of approximately ±5%, supporting accuracy in cutting, machining, and assembly.
