LEXAN™ 123X Polycarbonate Resin is a Copolymer formulated Polycarbonate material engineered for applications requiring Transparency, UV Stability, and High Flow Performance. This Grade is designed to deliver Clear Visual Quality while maintaining consistent Processing Behavior, making it suitable for both Functional and Aesthetic applications.

In applications where Optical Clarity and Surface appearance are Critical, material Consistency plays an important Role. This Grade is formulated to provide a Transparent, Clean appearance with UV Stabilization, helping maintain Visual Integrity even under Prolonged Light Exposure, supporting Long-Term Aesthetic Stability.

A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ 123X Polycarbonate Resin is its High Flow Capability, which allows efficient Molding of Complex Geometries and Thin Sections. This supports Precise Replication of Fine Details and reduces Processing Challenges, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Efficiency and Design Flexibility.

Unlike Flame Retardant Grades, this material does not rely on added Flame Retardant Chemistry, allowing it to maintain a more balanced Property Profile. Its Non Halogenated Nature supports Cleaner Processing and aligns with Environmental Considerations, while still delivering Dependable Mechanical Performance.

From a Stability Standpoint, the material provides good Dimensional Control during Molding, helping maintain consistent Part Geometry. This is especially valuable in applications requiring Precision and Repeatable Quality across Production Runs.

LEXAN™ 123X Polycarbonate Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose applications where Basic Flame performance is Sufficient. Its UV-Stabilized formulation enhances Durability in Light-Exposed Environments. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

In practical use, this Grade is well suited for Transparent Covers, Light Diffusers, Optical Components, and Outdoor-Exposed Parts where Clarity, Durability, and Processability are required. Its combination of Flow and UV Stability supports efficient Production of Visually critical Components.
