LEXAN™ 143X Polycarbonate Resin is a Copolymer Polycarbonate material developed for applications requiring Crystal Clear Transparency, UV Stability, and controlled Medium Flow Behavior. This Grade is designed to deliver balanced performance for General-Purpose applications where Appearance, Processability, and Durability must work together.

For Products where Visual Quality Matters, maintaining Clarity without Defects is Essential. This material offers High Optical Transparency with UV Stabilization, helping preserve appearance over time, even in Environments exposed to Light, supporting Long-Term Visual Stability and Aesthetic Consistency.

A Distinguishing Feature of LEXAN™ 143X Polycarbonate Resin is its easy Release Formulation, which Simplifies Part Ejection during Molding. This reduces Sticking and Tooling Stress, enabling Smoother Production Cycles and supporting improved Manufacturing Efficiency and reduced Downtime.

With its Medium Flow Characteristics, the material provides a balance between Flow and Control, allowing accurate Filling of Molds without Excessive Flash or Deformation. This makes it suitable for a Wide Variety of Part Designs, supporting Design flexibility and consistent Part Quality.

Unlike High-Performance Flame Retardant Grades, this material focuses on Clean Processing and General Purpose Performance, without added Flame Retardant Additives. Its Non Halogenated Structure supports safer Handling and aligns with Broader Environmental Requirements.

From a Dimensional Standpoint, the Resin maintains reliable Shape Stability during Processing, enabling Repeatable results in High-Volume Production. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Surface Finish Quality.

LEXAN™ 143X Polycarbonate Resin is available in Transparent Clear or Colored Versions, offering flexibility in Product Design. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
