LEXAN™ 4795R Polyester Carbonate Resin is a High-Performance Engineering material designed for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, balanced Processability, and Structural Reliability. This Opaque Grade combines the Benefits of Polyester Carbonate Chemistry with a controlled Viscosity Profile, making it suitable for components operating under demanding Temperature Conditions.
In applications where Materials must balance Thermal Stability and Ease of Manufacturing, Selecting the Right Viscosity Level is Essential. This Grade offers a Medium Viscosity Profile, allowing it to maintain Adequate Flow during Molding while preserving Strength and Dimensional Accuracy. This helps support efficient Processing without Compromising Structural Performance.
A Key Strength of LEXAN™ 4795R Polyester Carbonate Resin Lies in its ability to withstand Elevated Temperatures. With a High Deflection Temperature under Load, it ensures components retain their Shape and Mechanical Integrity during Continuous Heat Exposure, supporting reliable Operation in Thermal Environments.
