LEXAN™ CFR5630 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Copolymer Polycarbonate material engineered for applications requiring Thin Wall Flame Retardancy, Optical Clarity, and Advanced Fire Safety Compliance. This Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Grade is designed to meet demanding Industry Standards while maintaining Clean Visual appearance and Process Efficiency.

In Environments where both Fire Safety and Visibility are Critical, material selection becomes highly Specialized. This Grade is developed to meet FAR 25.853 Smoke Density and 60-Second Vertical Burn Requirements, making it suitable for applications where Flame Propagation and Smoke Generation must be Strictly Controlled, supporting enhanced Safety performance in critical Systems.

A Defining Feature of LEXAN™ CFR5630 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to deliver V-0 Flame Retardant performance at Thin Wall Sections, achieving UL94 V-0 rating from 1.00 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness.
