High Flow Grade Non-Brominated Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant
LEXAN™ CFR9712 Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Copolymer Polycarbonate material engineered for applications requiring High Flow Processability, Thin Wall Flame Retardancy, and reliable Structural Control. This Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Grade is designed for General-Purpose Electrical and Industrial applications where Production Efficiency and Safety must align.
In applications where Parts are Molded at Slightly Thicker Thin-Wall Ranges, maintaining both Flow and Structural Consistency becomes Essential. This Grade is formulated to provide High Flow capability with improved Stability at Mid-Thickness Sections, allowing manufacturers to achieve uniform Filling while preserving Part Integrity, supporting consistent Production across standard Wall Designs.
A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ CFR9712 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to deliver UL94 V 0 Flame Retardant performance from 2.00 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, making it particularly effective in Designs where Slightly Thicker Sections are required without Sacrificing Fire Safety. This supports reliable Flame performance in Functional Electrical Components.
Despite its High Flow Nature, the material maintains good Dimensional Stability, ensuring Parts retain Shape and Fit after Molding. This helps achieve accurate Assembly alignment and supports stable Mechanical performance in use.
