LEXAN™ DMX1435 Polycarbonate Resin is a Copolymer Polycarbonate material engineered for applications requiring Surface Durability, enhanced Dielectric Performance, and Optical Clarity. This Transparent, UV Stabilized Grade is designed to provide a Harder Surface while maintaining reliable Electrical and Mechanical Properties.
In applications where Surfaces are Frequently Handled or exposed to Contact, maintaining appearance becomes a Challenge. This Grade is formulated with improved Scratch Resistance, helping reduce Visible Damage and preserving Surface Quality over time. This supports Long-Term Aesthetic performance and reduced Wear Effects in demanding Environments.
A Key Advantage of LEXAN™ DMX1435 Polycarbonate Resin is its enhanced Dielectric Performance, making it suitable for applications where Electrical Insulation and Signal Stability are Important. This allows components to perform reliably in Systems requiring stable Electrical behavior and material Consistency.
The material also features UV Stabilization, helping protect against Discoloration and degradation when exposed to Light. Combined with its Transparent Nature, this ensures sustained Optical Clarity and Environmental Durability in both Indoor and Light-Exposed applications.

LEXAN™ DMX1435 Polycarbonate Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.00 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, making it suitable for General-Purpose applications where Flame Retardancy is not a Primary Requirement. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
In practical use, this Grade is well suited for Display Covers, Electrical Components, Consumer Electronics, and Transparent Functional Parts where Scratch Resistance, Clarity, and Electrical performance are Essential.
