LEXAN™ EXL1112T Polycarbonate Resin is a Transparent Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer material engineered for applications requiring Low Temperature Ductility, High Flow Efficiency, and Chemical Resistance. This Clear Grade combines Optical Clarity with enhanced Toughness, making it suitable for demanding Environments where Durability and appearance must Coexist.

When components are exposed to Cold Temperatures and Mechanical Stress, maintaining flexibility is Critical. This Grade is designed to provide reliable Impact performance at -20°C, helping Prevent Cracking and ensuring consistent Mechanical Integrity in Low Temperature Conditions.

A Key Differentiator of LEXAN™ EXL1112T Polycarbonate Resin is its Superior Flow Performance, supported by a unique Melt Flow Profile. This allows Faster Filling of Molds and improved Replication of Fine Details, Contributing to reduced Cycle time and enhanced Production Efficiency—A Major Advantage in High-Volume Manufacturing.
