LEXAN™ EXL1414 Polycarbonate Resin is an Opaque Polycarbonate Copolymer material engineered for applications requiring enhanced Low Temperature Ductility, controlled Medium Flow, and Chemical Resistance. This Grade is designed to deliver reliable Mechanical performance in Colder Environments while maintaining efficient and stable Processing Characteristics.
In Conditions where Temperatures Drop Significantly, maintaining Toughness becomes Essential to Prevent Brittle Failure. This Grade is formulated to provide Dependable Impact performance at -40°C, allowing components to Absorb Stress while Retaining Structural Integrity in Deep Cold Environments.
A Key Feature of LEXAN™ EXL1414 Polycarbonate Resin is its ability to perform reliably even at very Thin Wall Thicknesses, achieving UL94 HB Rating from 0.40 mm to 2.30 mm Thickness. This enables Designers to develop Compact components without Sacrificing Durability, supporting efficient material use and Precision Design.
