LEXAN™ EXL4019 Polycarbonate Resin is a 9% Glass Reinforced Polycarbonate Siloxane Copolymer engineered for applications requiring Structural Stiffness, Hydrolytic Stability, and controlled Impact Performance. This Opaque Engineering Thermoplastic is designed for Environments where Mechanical Load, Moisture Exposure, and Long-Term Dimensional Stability must be Managed Simultaneously.
In applications exposed to Continuous Mechanical Stress and Humid Conditions, LEXAN™ EXL4019 Polycarbonate Resin maintains Structural Integrity through enhanced Hydrolytic Stability. This helps preserve Mechanical Strength and Dimensional performance over Extended Service Life, even under Prolonged Environmental Exposure.
A Key Feature of LEXAN™ EXL4019 Polycarbonate Resin is its 9% Glass Reinforcement, which Increases Stiffness and Load-Bearing capability compared to Lower Reinforced Grades.
